AEDC Gives Explanation For Power Outage In Lokoja.
The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company has given reasons for the power outage in Lokoja and it environs.
In a statement, the Disco said: “This is to inform residents in parts of Lokoja that the power outage presently experienced on Lokoja Feeder 2 and Lokoja Feeder 3 (CBN Feeder) is as a result of infrastructure breakdown due to Pole damage by a Road Grader at Lokoja Specialist Hospital.
“Locations affected include Lokoja Metropolis, Government Agencies, GRA
Efforts are in top gear by our team of technical experts to restore both feeders in record time.
Expected time of closeout for Lokoja Feeder 2 is 7hrs, while Lokoja Feeder 3 (CBN) is 2hrs.
We regret the inconveniences caused”.
