The rating and evaluation techniques ranging from Administration, Planning and Organisation, Physical development, staff management and Coordination, over all growth and development, where involved in the assessment process. After all the evaluations taken, Kogi State Specialist Hospital Lokoja emerges as the most outstanding and Effective Hospital, through the Chief medical Director. The chief medical Director, wholeheartedly dedicated the award to His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello for his proactive, doggedness, tenacity of purpose and immense contribution to the development of the health sector in the state. The awardee also appreciated the management and staff for their relentless and concerted efforts towards achieving in this disposition.
