It was an eventful day on Friday 9th July as a front line governorship candidate of SDP in Abia state, Apostle Dr. Ngozika Gladys Johnson Ogbuneke inaugurated members of the UK Support team at Daimler Manor in Coventry, United Kingdom.
The program witnessed the gathering of the Igbo community in Coventry who were excited and full of praise to know about her vision for Abia State.
They were happy and pledged their support to her candidacy
The SDP Governorship Candidate, Apostle Dr. Ngozika Gladys Johnson Ogbuneke *urged them to support her in actualizing this mandate to transform Abia State by joining forces with her in any way possible. She humbly asked for their commitment both materially and morally in prayers*.
She thanked her party SDP for the opportunity given to her to serve the people in the capacity of a Governor and promised to live up to expectations.
She implored the members to be committed to the Ngozika Governorship Campaign Organization (NGCO) and to go into the communities and win supporters and voters.
Speaking during the ceremony, Hon. Eric Amaeshi, Fmr President, Igbo Community in Coventry congratulated Her Excellency for winning SDP Governorship Flag.* *She implored them to support Her Excellency in the actualization of this mandate. She further enumerated some of life touching projects embarked upon by Apostle Dr Ngozika in Abia to include amongst others: health care, Education outreach, provision of rural basic amenities.
