Tiv Community Confers Zege Mule Tiv Title of Kogi State On Engr. Bashiru Gegu.
The Human and Capital Development efforts of Engr. Bashiru Gegu, has once again been identified by the Tiv Community in Kogi State.
This time his good works, which span’s human and capital development, earned him the prestigious title of the Zege Mule Tiv of Kogi State.
The Tiv Community in the State said the title is conferred on Engr. Bashiru Gegu, for his positive impact, which cuts across tribal and ethnic boundaries.
The honour to confer the prestigious title on the Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, was delivered to Engr. Bashiru by Chief Williams who is the Tier Tiv of Kogi LGA on behalf of Tier Tiv of Kogi sate.
They Tiv Community in the State also showered praises on the administration of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, reiterated their resolve and commitment to APC by endorsing the Governor for second term in office.
The Tiv Community explained that there stay in Kogi State, particularly in Kogi LGA has been rewarding and eventful by the support of Engr. Bashiru Gegu, expressed gratitude to the State Government for making the safety of lives and properties a top priority in the State.
Reacting, the Commissioner, assured of his commitment to providing succour to the people, dedicated the title of the Zege Mule Tiv of Kogi State to Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo.
Engr. Bashiru assured the Tiv Community in Kogi State of the support of the present administration, described their endorsement of the Governor for a second term as well thought decision.
