Kogi Governor’s Aide Praises Federal Youth Minister’s Initiatives
The Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters to the Kogi State Governor, Hon. Oladele John Nihi, paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of Youth Development, Hon. Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, in Abuja.
Hon. Nihi expressed appreciation for the Minister’s unwavering commitment to advancing youth development across Nigeria.
He specifically commended the Minister’s numerous empowerment initiatives for young Nigerians, highlighting programs focused on skills acquisition, entrepreneurship development, and mentorship.
“During our meeting,” Nihi stated, “I emphasized the crucial need for collaboration between state governments and the Federal Ministry in driving youth development programs. I conveyed that Kogi State, under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s leadership, is dedicated to harnessing the energy and creativity of our youth to spur economic growth and development.”
Nihi further lauded the Minister’s evident passion for youth development and his positive vision for the future of Nigerian youth.
He assured the Minister of Kogi State’s readiness to continue partnering with the Federal Ministry to replicate successful youth development programs at the state level.
In response, Minister Wisdom thanked Hon. Nihi for the visit and reaffirmed his commitment to working collaboratively with state governments. He stressed that this partnership is essential for the effective nationwide implementation of youth development initiatives. The Minister underscored the critical importance of synergy and collaboration to achieve shared youth development goals.
