Following the inauguration of the 8th House of Assembly in Kogi State, the Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Council, Hon. Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh has felicitated with the member representing Omala Local Government, Hon. Umar Yahaya Connect.
In his address during the reception ceremony, Chief Aboh told the gathering that the administration of Hon. Umar Connect will give the people of Omala constituency the desired representation in the 8th House of Assembly in Kogi State.
While calling on the people to give the house member maximum support and cooperation, the Council Chairman urged Hon. Umar not to derail from keeping to his promises to the people of Omala Local Government.
“I believe your mandate is of GOD. You had an accord with the people before you emerged, prove to the people that you are capable, and I have no doubt in your competence and ability to deliver. By the grace of GOD, you will succeed. Liase with your colleagues to sponsor bills that will touch lives of our people”.
“I thank the people of Omala Local Government Area for believing in us and making this possible. I congratulate you and pray that you are endowed with the wisdom, zeal and sound health to actualise your heart desire for the people”, he said.
