
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Kogi West Campaign Council Stakeholders met yesterday, Wednesday at the Grand Royale Hotel, Lokoja to strategize and chart ways forward for the forthcoming
2023 elections.
The Director General of the Kogi West Campaign Council, Hon. Chief David Aiyedogbon (Charvid) while welcoming Stakeholders to the meeting assured them of the victory of the Party in all elections, by the grace of God and the strategies being put in place.
He enjoined all the Stakeholders to work harder and bring on board their wealth of experience while charging the candidates to leverage on the goodwill of the Party and the Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
In his remark, the Chairman of the Kogi West Campaign Council, Hon. Saidu Akawu Salihu (SAS) assured all the candidates of the readiness of the Campaign Council to reach all the nooks and crannies of Kogi West Senatorial District to deliver them.
The Secretary to the Kogi State Government, Dr. Mrs. Folashade Arike while commending the doggedness of the Chairman of the Kogi State Campaign Council, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Bello, Executive Governor of Kogi State, in making sure that all the Party’s flagbearers wins their elections in 2023 admonished the Kogi West Campaign Council to work as a team and carry everybody that matters along.
The Kogi State Speaker who doubles as Kabba Bunu/ Ijumu Federal Constituency Candidate, Rt. Hon. Kolawole, the Kogi West Senatorial Candidate, Hon. Sunday Karimi, Commissioners of Finance, Environment, Education, Women Affairs all added their voices to the best ways forward for the Party in the forthcoming elections.
The meeting had in attendance the Secretary to Kogi State Government, all the Commissioners from Kogi West, all the Local Government Council Chairmen from Kogi West, all the Party Chairmen from Kogi West, the Elders Advisory Council, all the Party Candidates and the Chairmen and Secretaries of the Kogi West APC Campaign Council.
