The Ongoing Clamour for Yagba Federal Constituency to produce the next Senator to occupy the Seat of Kogi West Senatorial District is a great call that is long overdue.
Even though there is a high concentration of intellectual men and women among the yagba nation, The Yagba People have not had the advantage of being able to have a senator from among them.
Since 1999 when Nigeria returned to democratic rules, the senatorial position of Kogi West has been lingering between the two other federal consequences, Kotto Karfi and Kabba/Bunu Ijumu Federal Consequences.
Haven’t had the chance to retain the seat of kogi West Senate for the past twenty-three years (23 years ) equity fearless and justice demands for the two constituencies to be their own brother’s keeper and allow their Yagba
brothers to have an experience of the Senate office.
And of course, the one and the only person who has earned the trust of the people and whose name and pedigree often comes to mind is Honourable Sunday Karimi.
He has been tested and trusted his legislative impact on his constituents is second to none, Karimi is a man who has been doing a great job of bridging the gap between the government and the ordinary people. his projects and programs have been a strong source of joy and strength to the people of his area.
Hon Sunday Karimi. a man who has impacted so much on the lives and wellbeing of the people of the district especially the people of Yagba Federal Constituency where he had served meritoriously as their representatives for 8 years in the national assembly.
Sunday Karimi, a two-time member of the National Assembly who represented his people of Yagba Federal Constituency between 2011 and 2019 did so well that the people are now calling on him to step up and run for the senatorial position of Kogi West.
The stunning accomplishment of Hon. Karim during the period he served as a House of Representatives member witnessed the execution of his constituency projects in all the villages in the 34 wards of Yagba Federal Constituency and most if not all of the projects are still in optimal use till this moment.
Hon Sunday Karimi rising popularity and endorsement is believed to have steam from his capacity, experience, integrity, and exceptional character which he often deployed into his service for his people.
