The general manager (GM), Borno State Environmental Protection Agency has being inducted as a Fellow of the chartered institute of public Diplomacy and management (CIPDM).
Mallam Sule Abubakar who was overwhelmed by the honour accorded him disclosed that he was surprised how he was recognized by the institute, adding that he couldn’t understand how his named was selected along side others.
The General manager who received the award at the Nigeria Air force (NAF)conference Centre,Abuja,further disclosed that he was dedicating the award to the people of Borno state and the Internal Displaced Persons (IDP)in the state.
Mallam Suleiman Abubakar was born on 28th August, 1973 in Maiduguri,Borno state. He holds a HND in Science laboratory Technology from Nigerian institute of scientists and Technology, Maiduguri in the year 2000,post graduate degree in environmental management from University of Maiduguri in 2007.
Mallam Suleiman Abubakar who was yearning for the pursuit of more western academic acquisition further enlisted for masters of Science degree in environmental management in the same university in 2019.
The General manager who started his career in Borno state ministry of water resources in 1998 ,rose through many positions to become a Deputy Director in the ministry in 2018.
Mallan Abubakar attended various trainings,Seminar s and conferences across Nigeria.
He is a member of Environmental management Association of Nigeria (EMAN) and other prestigious Association.
