An illustrious son of Abocho and member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Engineer Sunday Anaja has felicitated with the new Onu Abocho, Jonah Idrisu on his ascension to the throne of his forefathers.
In a message today, Engineer Sunday Anaja described the appointment as divine in view of challenges and high competitiveness prior to the selection.
He noted that the challenges facing Biraidu people were enormous hence the need to see the appointment as a greater call to service.
Engineer Anaja who is also the National President of Odu Technical School Old Students Association (OTOSA), called on the people to support the new Paramount ruler to enable him succeed in his new assignment.
Engineer Anaja praised the traditional institution and the government for the choice of Jonah Idrisu as new Onu Abocho and wished him well in the task ahead.
