The Mall Ibraheems Yahaya’s leadership as the New National President of the Kogi State University, Anyigba, Alumni Association has reiterated that it is not going to be distracted by actions of some of its members that have decided to toe the unconstitutional path to seek peace, rights and previlages, and have rather approve to themselves to right the wrong all the time.
Recalled that it was widely publicised that at the 13th, Annual General Meeting of the Association which was held on the day of 4th September 2021 at Hill Top Hotel, Okene and in line with the relevant sections of the Association’s constitutional provision the ALUMNI.
It is to our greatest dismay that the caliber of these our honourable members would deviate from the standards and acceptable best practices and choose the path of rancour and acrimony in the Alumni.
But since the matter has been taken to a court of competent jurisdiction, any furtherance talking by Mall Ibraheems Yahaya’s leadership is therefore strongly prohibitive and subjudicial as the matter is already pending in a court of competent jurisdiction.
As such until when a judgement has been entered into by the Court we would urged all members to remain calm particularly that we have operated on the side of the constitution and as law abiding citizens.
