has after the Expiration of Seven Day Ultimatum Given Lokoja LG DSO, has head to Court to seek justice.
In a statement he said: ” If l were not a member of The All Progressives Peoples Congress in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State and I have not shown any sign of a lawfully service to the party, l must not claim any right against any criminality perpetuated against me and my partners in Kupa Fadama Farmers Unity Association, KUFFUA.
The seven days ultimatum given to the Lokoja Local Government DSO, Mr. Yusuf Bala Muhammed (Mistics) who also doubled as the Chief Security Officer to the Executive Chairman of Lokoja Local Government, Alh. Muhammed Danasabe Muhammed is no longer a news, what is news now, is legal action to right the wrong in a court of competence jurisprudence.
I have this day after one week of the expiration of the 7 days ultimatum given instructions to my legal experts to file a case of criminal breach of trust against the DSO/CSO, Mr. Yusuf Bala Muhammed (Mistics).
