By joshua WWT SENDS CONDOLENCE MESSAGE ON THE PASSING OF FORMER KOGI STATE GOVERNOR, ALHAJI IBRAHIM IDRIS
The leadership of the Win With Tinubu (WWT) Grassroots Mobilization Program in Kogi State wishes to extend our deepest condolences to the Government and good people of Kogi State, the family, friends, associates and political followers of our former Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, popularly known as “Ibro,” on his passing.
Death reminds us all of the transient nature of power, position and human existence. What ultimately remains is the impact we make on the lives of others and the footprints we leave behind.
The death of Alhaji Ibrahim Idris is a profound loss to Kogi State and Nigeria.
As a former Governor who served Kogi State for two terms, his name and years in public service remain an important part of the political and developmental history of the State.
At this moment of grief, WWT Kogi State joins our people in mourning a former leader who devoted a significant portion of his life to public service.
We particularly commiserate with the Idris family and pray that Almighty Allah grants them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. We also extend our condolences to the Government and people of Kogi State, the good and amiable people of Kogi East Senatorial District, his political associates and all those who mourn his passing.
As Kogi State mourns, we pray that Almighty Allah forgives the shortcomings of the deceased, accepts his good deeds, grants him Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and gives his family and the entire State the strength to overcome this painful moment.
May the flight of Angels lead H.E Alhaji Ibrahim Idris to his place of rest, and may God bless the family he has left behind.
