The Salu of Edunabon, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Amb.) Adesoji Kehinde Oladepo, JP, Akinrinsa II, has been honoured with an award by the Traditional Religion Worshippers Association of Osun State (TRWASO) in recognition of his outstanding contributions, exemplary leadership and impeccable reputation.
The award, presented by the association, was described as a testament to the monarch’s commitment to the promotion, preservation and advancement of traditional religion and Yoruba cultural values.
TRWASO, while presenting the award, commended the Salu of Edunabon for his remarkable contributions and the dignity with which he has continued to uphold the traditional institution.
The association noted that his exemplary conduct and dedication to the development of his community have earned him respect within and beyond Edunabon.
Receiving the award, the Salu of Edunabon expressed appreciation to TRWASO for the recognition, describing it as an encouragement to continue supporting initiatives that promote Yoruba culture, traditional institutions and the peaceful coexistence of people of different faiths.
