The immediate past Kogi State Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Ben Jerry, has sent a message of gratitude to all those who joined in felicitating with him on his recent birthday.

In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Comr. Jerry said in a heartfelt message, extended his appreciation to all those who sent messages, called, and prayed for him on the occasion of his birthday.

Comr. Ben Jerry described the gestures as overwhelming and touching, saying they have further reinforced his commitment to serving the youth and the community.

As reported by The Nigerian Post, he was celebrated by various individuals and groups, including the Kogi State Chapter of NYCN, who praised his selfless service and positive impact on the state.

In his message, Comr. Ben Jerry prayed for those who celebrated him, wishing them “ceaseless joy in their own lifetime”.

He also expressed his gratitude to the NYCN family and the Government and people of Kogi State for their unwavering support.

Comr. Ben Jerry has been recognized for his dedication to youth development and empowerment, particularly during his tenure as NYCN Kogi State Chairman.

His achievements include securing a N250 million budgetary allocation for the council and promoting infrastructure development and youth empowerment initiatives in Kogi State.
