The Kogi State Executive Secretary, office of the Disability Affairs Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael has sent a message to congratulate Dr. Salisu Usman Ogbo, Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja on the celebration of his 50th birthday anniversary.
Barr. Dare in a message he signed reads:

” You have proven yourself to be a strong pillar for the Disability Community in the State through your constant support and encouragement.
