The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Chief (Dr.) Edward Onoja (CIK) celebrates the Maigari of Lokoja and Chairman, Lokoja Local Government Traditional Council, Alhaji (Dr.) Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi 111 (OON) on his 30th year of ascending the throne of his forefathers.
Chief Onoja’s felicitations with the traditional ruler are contained in a statement issued to newsmen in Lokoja by his Chief Press Secretary, Promise Emmanuel, on Sunday.
The Deputy Governor describes the royal father as a distinguished elder statesman saying his leadership performance, spanning three decades, has been exemplary.
He notes that as the traditional custodian of Lokoja Council, the revered royal father has ensured quality representation of his people while attracting development to the area. He prayed God to continually grant the traditional ruler increased wisdom, health, and sound mind.
