The North Central Zonal Coordinator, Peter Obi Movement, Mrs Vera Idi, has said that, the Candidacy of the presidential candidate of the labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Gregory Obi represents hope for the common masses and a mandate that would secure the future of generations of the Nation.
The Zonal Coordinator, disclosed this to the media at a meeting tagged, National mobilization of Obi/Dati Support groups, held at the National Merit Award House, Maitama Abuja, Thursday January 12,2023.She urged Nigerians to Size the Opportunity that has availed itself with the Candidacy of Peter Obi, to Salvage themselves from insecurity, bad economy and hopelessness .
Continuing, Mrs Idi stressed that, amongst all the presidential Candidates,Obi is most suitable and Qualified to lead the Country at the moment,he is Young,agile, prudent and above all,he is not seen or perceived to be corrupt by Nigerians.
She further point out that,she was never a politician even till now but,felt their was a need to bring the presidential candidate of the labour Party (LP), His Excellency, Mr Peter Gregory Obi on board to Surmount the various Challenges affecting the Nation
Hear her ” the education sector is nothing to write home about,our children were not in school for almost a year, the inflation rate is high, the price of basic commodity had gone high, the worst of all is insecurity,if you leave your house you are not sure if you might Come back,so we must get it right now”.
She further stressed that,a morally sound and discerning Nigerians must know that , the presidential candidate of the Labour party was the only Candidate that has the capacity to revive all the ailing sectors of the nation’s life, Considering his track records of excellent performance when he heldsway as the Governor of Anambra State.
Finally, the North Central Zonal Coordinator warned that it is either now or another Eight years of terror which they are currently into.
