Barely 24 hours after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) opened the doors for the sale of nomination forms to aspirants for all positions, Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi. So’mi Edumare, Kogi West Senatorial District Aspirant, on Thursday, Picked the Senate nomination and expression of interest forms.
Recalled that the PDP at its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held in Abuja on Wednesday evening, announced the commencement of sales of forms.
The Frontline Kogi West Senatorial District Aspirant has again emerged the first to pick the form from the State and District, disclosed that it is his commitment to ensuring that he meets all the requirements to contest the forthcoming party primaries.
Speaking with the Nigerianpost, Otunba Niyi Olayemi, assured that with the overwhelming support he enjoys from the people, expressed optimism that he would emerge victorious at the polls.
He disclosed that with a blueprint that has taken cognizance of the yearning and aspirations of the people of Kogi West, reiterated his commitment to quality service delivery from his representation if elected.
Otunba Adeniyi assured that improving on the lives of women and the youths and attracting the needed infrastructure, particularly in the education, agriculture and providing employment opportunities to the people would remain his cardinal objectives.
The aspirant disclosed that early picking of the forms shows his shows the level of preparedness, Unlike the 11th hour self serving aspirants who will want to be in a rush, he said.
