The newly appointed Senior Special Assistant to Gov. Yahaya Bello on Special Projects, Hon. Ibrahim Itodo, has described Gov. Yahaya Bello a bridge builder and the most wanted by the people to lead the country in 2023.
The SSA equally added that the people’s desire to have Gov. Bello as President in 2023 is informed by the clamour on the need to move the country forward in all sphares of Socio Economic development, insisting that all options considered, Gov. Bello is the most preferred choice.
Hon Itodo made the remarks in a chat with the Nigerianpost, expressed his appreciation to Gov Bello over the appointment, said if the capacity to unite the country, provide the much needed security and Infrastructural development is what the people desire, said that places the Governor as the most wanted to lead the country.
He attributed youthfulness, resoucefulness, detribalized style of leadership displayed by Gov Bello as some of his greatest attributes that has made him occupy a vantage in the heart of Nigerians.
The SSA lauded the Youth and Women Empowerment drive of Gov. Yahaya Bello as unprecedented, said if elected Gov. Bello would close the unemployment gap as well as lift millions of Nigerians out of poverty index.
While noting that he remains eternally grateful and would bring in his best in the new assignment given to him, described Gov. Bello as the best thing to have happened to Kogi State and would so be to the Country if he’s elected.
According to the SSA, ” I’m not one who condemns Leadership. I’m one who appraises Leadership. My endorsement of the Gov. Bello was because of equity and the need for the Central Senatorial District would have a shot at the leadership of the State. Every Leader has his capacity and should be appraised per time. In the present circumstances, Gov. Bello has done well and should be supported to move the country forward in a higher capacity”.
Hon Itodo assured that he would carry every segment of the state in the discharge of his assignment, praised the monumental achievements of Gov Bello in the State.
The SSA solicited the support of the people of the State to the aspiration of Gov Bello, said he would begin to also reach out to people in other States towards consolidating on the support the presidential aspiration of Gov Bello is already enjoying.
