The Forum of Former Political Office Holders in Kogi State have endorsed Gov. Yahaya Bello for President come 2023.
The forum at a press conference held at the NUJ Secretariat, pledged their unalloyed support for Gov. Bello, insisting that if elected he will move the nation forward in all sphares of socio-economic development of the country.
According to Dr Abdulsalam Bawa Dangana, former Special Adviser to the Governor on legislative matters spokesman of the forum lauded the unprecedented achievements of Gov Bello, called for support from Nigerians home and abroad.
While noting that Gov Bello has done well in the areas of security and unifying the country, ingredients that is most needed for development of the country, urged for support for the support of Nigerian’s to enable him become the nation’s President in 2023.

We are delighted to converge here today, to add our voices to the realities of the time which is, declaration of loyalty and 100% support to the APC-led administration in Kogi State under the able, dynamic and pragmatic Leadership of the Youngest Governor in Nigeria, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of the Confluence State of Opportunities, Kogi State.
We are a representative of the entire Former Political Office Holders in Kogi State, under the present administration. We, therefore, use this medium to ENDORSE His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State to contest and run for the Office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in 2023 so as to move this Country to a greater and enviable heights.

We, at this juncture, have decided to pass a VOTE OF CONFIDENCE on His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State for the giant strides so far achieved in my facets of Human endeavors.
