The Coordinator General of COALITION OF ATIKU SUPPORT GROUP INITIATIVES, COMR, OBINNA OBIWURU OKORIE Says that Nigeria is at the verge of collapse is simply stating the obvious, lamented that Never in the Nation’s history has the country been divided as is presently witnessed.
Comr. Obinna stated this at the official inauguration of COALITION OF ATIKU SUPPORT GROUPS INITIATIVE CASGI, held in Abuja at the weekend said the State of the Nation’s present economic hardship was only witnessed between 1983-1985.
Comr. Obinna disclosed that while majority of people are of the opinion that Nigeria is already a failed state, the Coordinator General said it is regrettable that Nigerians can no longer sleep with their two eyes closed owing to the ferocious hunger and insecurity in the across the nation.
The CASGI CG expressed worries that Millions of youths today have no job after graduating from school attributed the high rate of unemployment to reasons for the high crime rate, ethnic and tribal clashes experienced all across the country.
Comr. Obinna disclosed that the only man who will save this country from going down must be a man who understands the problems. A man who has been tested and proven. A man who has not only served at the highest level of the economic decision making in Nigeria but has a working documents and plan on how to get Nigeria working again.
He described Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as a man who not only understand job creation, but a job creator himself. A man with the ability of mentoring the youths towards leadership. A man who is not only PanNigeria, but accepted by all ethnic and social-cultural groups, said he’s a man who is not a religious bigot, but a leader who has the capacity to discover other leaders.
The CG CASGI called on Alh. Atiku Abubakar to heed the
call to SAVE Nigeria by making himself available to contest for the office of the President of the federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023 explained that the call is premised on the fact and the believe that he has the capacity to get Nigeria working again given his antecedents.
According to CASGI CG, the group has concluded arrangements to fund the campaign of Alh. Atiku Abubakar, called on the PDP to as a matter of equity and fairness, zone the 2023 Presidency to the Northeast which is one of the zones that is yet to produce president in Nigeria.
