The Convener Congress For Better Nigeria, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, has assured that the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State will win overwhelmingly the 2023 general election.
Recall that a frontline politician in Kogi state, Dr. Williams Toyin Akanle has disclosed that winning the next general elections will be difficult for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
In a swift reaction, Barr. Dare described the APC Chieftain as a mole in APC hell bent on destroying the party before going to join PDP.
The Convener described Dr. Akanle as a bad loser who is not electable, said he should stop living in the past over his serial failures at the poll.
Barr. Dare mentioned that with the superlative performances of Gov. Yahaya Bello in the last six years, a new Kogi story has been rewritten by the outstanding accomplishments of the present administration.
While noting that the present administration in Kogi State has met the promises made to the people of Kogi State and Nigerians at large, pointed out that victory for the party will be overwhelming as the country approaches the next general elections.
The Convener urged the APC Chieftain to come back home and acquaint himself with the transformation in the road network, the upgrade of health institution to world class standard, described the Ganaja flyover bridge and others ongoing in the state as state of the art infrastructure.
Barr. Dare mentioned that the history made with the Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara remains unequalled, said never has the state has it this good as is presently witnessed in peace and security.
The Convener opined that if the state has maintained a lead in winning majority seats in the National and State Assembly till date, with all Council Chairmen and Councillors of the APC, described 2023 as going to be a walkover for the APC by reason of the superlative performances of Gov. Bello’s APC.
According to the Convener, no one is in disillusioned as the embattled APC politician, pointing out that the State has never had it so good in terms of infrastructure, welfare of civil servants, not with the recent approval for the implementation of the N30000 minimum wage and security among others.
Barr. Dare praised the present administration for making payments of salaries at all levels up to date expressed satisfaction with the inflow of investment to rural areas of the State that has remained unequalled.
Barr. Dare commended the peace and togetherness in the APC, commended the present administration for the reconciliation that has made the APC a one United party in Nigeria.
Barr. Dare said that the plans to destroy the APC by Dr. Akanle and move to the PDP is already an information in the public domain, described him as a not relevant and on the ground in his Ward to predict doom for the APC in 2023, assured of an overwhelming win by the APC of the State in 2023….
