… Says Constituents should Prepare for Glory
Top contender and frontrunner for 2023 Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency seat, Captain Timi Iyela has written fellow Okene/Ogori Magongo constituents on the exigencies of the times and the need for the constituency to understand that it has a date it cannot afford to miss with destiny, come 2023.
The philanthropist and young politician whose name has now been well registered on the lips of almost every constituent in Okene Local Government and Ogori Magongo Local Government, across the nooks and crannies of the Federal Constituency, emphasized on the need for the constituency to get it right as to who becomes its next representative as the constituency prepares for its 2023 Federal Representative election.
Captain Timi Iyela made the call on his constituents in his New Year message to them. In the New Year message titled; “2022: The year we prepare to take Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency forward”, the PDP stalwart said; “It is not a doubt that our Federal Constituency has been a shadow of itself, it has suffered a lot of setback in recent years. In this year 2022, as God will help us, we will commence efforts to take back our constituency from the grip of under-representation and underdevelopment and we will return it back to the path of glory and we will move it forward and further than we can ever imagine.
“It is a new year, and I have no doubt that 2022 promises to be great, with ample opportunities to renew our collective resolve to move forward, not just as individuals, but to grow as a people and as a constituency”
“Prepare for glory as all the efforts to ensure a better Okene/Ogori Magongo federal constituency starts this year 2022. It starts with increased voter registration and with increased citizen involvement in the political discussions and events that shape the narrative upon which we will be guided as a people as we inch towards 2023 general elections.
