2021: ACF DG hails staff, Nigerians, members and structure worldwide on end of year 2020

Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas, Director-General of the Atiku Care Foundation has praised staff and structure of the Atiku Care Foundation for a successful year 2020.

He said without their efforts and commitment he would not have been able to accomplish a good number of what he has accomplished for the year 2020.

He also thanked the Management Members and Directorate structure of the Foundation for their efforts towards the success recorded by the Foundation across the country, Nigeria and beyond.

He thanked Nigerians and grassroot structure of the Foundation worldwide, he thanked them for keeping faith with the Foundation.

Very specially, Amb. Aliyu appreciated His Excellency, Atiku Abubakar, Grand Patron of the Foundation for his ceaseless support for the Foundation.

In his words; “I want to specially thank my boss, our father, a man that has over the years taken me as his own son, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa, for his fatherly role towards the successes we achieved this year 2020.

“The former Vice President has been very supportive of our programmes and he was there for us in all ways that seek to meet our needs as an Organisation, this is to indeed thank him for his support and his unending passion towards philanthropy”.

“The year 2020 has been a very challenging year across the world but this same year we were able to put in place our structure across the Federation of Nigeria down to the Local Governments and as well, we were able to commence establishment of structures abroad.

“This same year we were able to enter into partnership with the PLO Lumumba Foundation and MindMe International in Kenya.

“We were able to reach out to the downtrodden in some parts of Africa, as well we were able to give relief materials to victims of insurgency in North East Nigeria.

“Ahead of 2021 and beyond, we have been able to enter into a handful of partnerships.

“We will indeed be having a much more engaging year 2021 as we are set to hit the ground running already,” Amb. Aliyu said in a statement.

Amb. Aliyu ended the statement by wishing all a happy and prosperous year 2021 ahead.
