A community policing organisation Kogi East Neighborhood Watch (KENW) has felicitated with the traditional Chief Security Officer of the Igala Kingdom, HRM Atta Mathew Alaji Oguche Akpa, Gabaiduuuu, on the auspicious occasion of the one year anniversary on the throne of his forefathers.
The group, in a statement signed by its Secretary, Isaac Hussein Inah on behalf of the Board and management of the Kogi East Neighborhood Watch (KENW) posited that, since the ancension of HRM Atta Mathew Alaji Oguche Akpa, to the throne, Kogi East has witnessed a serious descalation of criminality, particularly kidnapping and armed robbery.
Continuing, the statement said, “It is common knowledge that the Itobe- Ojodu-Ochadamu -Ejule axis which used to be a traveller’s nightmare is being demystified with his prayers.
“KENW is pleased that His Royal Majesty has remained committed to the security of his people, and has continued to pray that God blesses and protects the lives and livelihood of everyone from or living in Kogi East.
“KENW prays that God and the ancestors will continue to strengthen the hands of His Royal Majesty to bring peace, security and development to Kogi East in particular and the entire State in general. Gabaiduuuu alicheba we kikpokpe ubi we”.
