Ahead of the December 12 Local Government election in Kogi State, the Chairmanship candidate of All Progress Congress (APC) in Okene Local Government, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad has assured the people of Okene Local Government that his administration will work hard to improve the security of lives and property of the council and initiate more developmental projects if elected as the Executive Chairman of the Local Government.
Hon. Abdulrazaq stated this at Abuga/Ozuja in Okengwe kingdom during a mega rally organised by the party to drum supports for the ward’s councilorship candidate, Hajia Bilikisu Aliyu Onumoko.
The former council administrator also eulogised the unique leadership qualities of Bilikisu and praised Gov. Bello for making 35 women affirmation a reality in Kogi State. He appreciates party leaders for the choice of such a grassroots woman mobiliser who was also a member of the state executive of the party.
While thanking the people of Abuga/Ozuja for their show of strength during the last governorship election, the humble former council boss enjoined party supporters and electorates to come in mass and vote for party’s chairmanship and councilorship candidates come December 12, 2020.
