Kogi NYCN ELECTION: Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency Stakeholders Endorse Usman Ogohi Mayor Samuel For Chairman


 

Communiqué

Communiqué issued by stakeholders from Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency in respect of the forth coming National Youth Council of Nigeria (Kogi State chapter) election coming up on the 29th July, 2021. The stakeholders held a meeting on the 28th day of July, 2021 at Karomisi Hotel & Gardens, Lokoja, Kogi State thereafter issued this communiqué.
 We express our profound gratitude to Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello for ensuring that the NYCN Chairman zoning is maintained for the purpose of equity, fair play and good conscience which is the hallmark of this administration.
 We remain doubted to His Excellency for the support giving to the kogi state youth by placing them in various leadership position.
 Our pride and respect to all the candidates that acquired the forms, screened and cleared to contest for the election into NYCN (kogi state chapter) for their doggedness, resilience and commitment to serve the council. The passion and industry put in shall not be in vain.
 In our resolve to present a common front in the spirit of brotherhood, we have reached out to all candidates contesting for various offices from our constituency and came out with the following resolutions.
 That Usman OgohiMayor Samuel from Dekina Local Government Area has been endorsed as our sole candidate for the position of chairman NYCN kogi state chapter.
 That all other candidates to the office of chairman should work assiduously in the interest of our constituency and for a greater and united NYCN.
 We thank the delegates from the Central and West senatorial district for the confidence reposed on our zone to produce the next chairman of the council.
