Kogi COS Describes Gov. Bello as a Focused, Visionary and purposeful leader …. Lauds Governor’s efforts at empowering youths


Kogi State Chief of Staff, Pharm. Mohammed Abdulkareem Jamiu has hailed governor Yahaya Bello for largely empowering youths and giving them the opportunity to hold critical leadership position in the state.

He added that Kogi State could boast of several youngest manning very critical positions of authority because the Governor was purposefully living a practical example as the youngest Governor in the country.

The COS made this known on Monday at the swearing in ceremony of the 21 Executive Local Government Chairmen and Vice Chairmen held at the old township stadium in Lokoja

He expressed gratitude to God for an historic free and fair election conducted across the 21 Local Government Area of the State affirming that the swearing in event was an attestation to the good leadership of the Governor .

Pharm. Abdulkareem pointed out that he was the youngest Chief of Staff in the whole federation because the Governor believed in his capabilities as well as those other young individuals appointed or elected into various political offices across the state

The COS expressed that the Governor was leading from the front and setting a practical example of recognizing youths and women by giving the platform to take their rightful place in the country

He concluded noting that what more could the Kogi people desire for than a leader who has the people’s interest at heart asserting that the country needed such a young purposeful leader to steer its affair in the nearest future.
