The House of Representative Member, Representing Yagba Federal Constituency, Elder Hon Leke Abejide has in his unique leadership style reaffirmed his commitment to putting smiles on the faces of his people.

He promised to protect them from unfair treatment in public brought by the recent economic challenges faced globally and to prepare to accommodate them amidst prevailing hardship.

He said measures is being put in place to put smiles on the faces of widows, women cooperative society’s and all his political Grassroots supporters across Yagba Federal Constituency.

CHIEF ASAJE described Hon. Leke as humble, described him as a rare leader and a leading political figure in Yagba politics and beyond.

He described him as a personality that possess a boundaryless mind and sees the whole Yagba, Okun, Kogi West/Kogi State as one single indivisible entity.

According to Chief Asaje, Hon Leke Abejide is a man of great works and a democrat to the core.

“When he say something, he will do it, and now he has spoken again. His words are bankable.(aka talk and do).

Our great APC party leaders lead, he follows. He endorsed wholeheartedly the government of our performing Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and will support him with everything God has put in his capacity for Governor Ododo to succeed, Chief Asaje added.

Continuing he said, history revealed that Hon Leke Abejide has always been grateful to anyone who believes in his political ideology, who stood with him and the general public/populace.

To him, ingratitude delimits and short-circuits goodness. Hon Leke Abejide is not an ingrate.

His readiness to fulfill his promise to empower women across the three (3)local government area, the disbursement of #100,000,000.00 to the cooperative society’s that were successfully selected for onward distribution to their members and strictly for business before the end of this year is fantastic.

Elder Leke Abejide is popularly called “Husband of the widows ” in Yagba land and loved by all the widows for always making them proud, happy and for ensuring their dignity and comfort as widows during festive season. He has been doing this kind of festive season gift for years and it’s obvious.

Chief Asaje opined that Hon Leke Abejide decision to remember all the electorates who voted for him during the election period ,”House of Representatives/Presidential election “shows that Elder Leke Abejide is indeed a democrat to the core,an exceptional leader per excellent and a leader who value political structure, and grassroot supporters.

Maintaining existing political structure, appreciating those who made it possible for him to return back to” The Green Chamber” is superb .

All along, Hon Leke Abejide selfless contribution to the community has embodied the true meaning of his title, leading through compassion and kindness.
When it comes to improving the living standard of his people, his positive impact in all facets of human endeavors in Yagba federal constituency is visible.
His relationship with the performing Governor of our dear State, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the sincere love for his people, will not leave any stone unturned towards developmental success. Hon Leke Abejide is a leading political figure and extremely outstandingly excellent.

Going by what we are experiencing and seeing now, we urge APC season leadership, champions of unity government not to be selective when it comes to rolling out palliatives, appointment, employment/contract offers..Lead by example, capture all.

Amiable Hon Leke Abejide is not use to “use and dump”, as a rare leader, this has helped him to harness people’s gifts, abilities, talents and not use and dump them such that that it demotivates or destroys them. He maintains strong relationship with his allies/grassroot supporters.
