Covid 19: Group urges clerics to encourage members for vaccination


 

We Are United Nigeria Movement has called on Religious Leaders in the country to encourage their members on the need to take the Covid19 Vaccines.

We Are United Nigeria Movement disclosed that fighting the Covid19 scourge requires a concerted efforts of all Nigerians, appealed to Nigerians to be united in the fight against Covid19 by embracing the Covid19 vaccine.

The Movement in a statement called on all religious leaders irrespective of religious divide to encourage their members to embrace Covid19 vaccine.

The Movement in a statement signed by Hon Felix Tolurunju Idowu, described religious leaders as people who are highly respected by their followers, urged them to use their vantage positions in encouraging their members to take the vaccine.

While acknowledging the leadership roles shown by the Presidency, Governors and some opinion moulders who have thus far taken the Covid19 jab, We Are United Nigeria Movement Commended the Political Leaders for showing leading examples, urged the various religious leaders to encourage their members on the need to take the covid19 vaccine.
