Christmas: Kogi NULGE Felicitates With Members, Urges For Prayers For Gov. Ododo’s Administration.
Christians, particularly those working at the various Local Government Areas of the State have been charged to emulate the sterling qualities of love and giving which Christmas symbolizes.
The President, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, Kogi State Chapter, Comr. Sanusi Mohammed made the call in his Christmas message.
Comr. Sanusi said the birth of Jesus Christ brought hope to mankind and the display of genuine love through sharing and giving of gifts to one another.
He called for continued prayers for the Kogi State Government, and others at all levels for a better society in view of hardship occasioned by it’s economic challenges and policies affecting Nigerians.
Comr. Mohammed Sanusi who was full of praises for Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo’s Administration for making the welfare and prompt payment of salaries for workers at the Local Government Areas a priority.
What we are presently witnessing is unprecedented. Indeed Gov. Ododo needs our sustained prayers and our continued support for his administration.
The NULGE Boss urged for prayers for the sustained welfare and remuneration for members, expressed optimism of a better 2025 for it members in terms of welfare.
The NULGE Boss wished the people of the State and members of the Union members a merry Christmas and a fruitful 2025 that will improve on the achievements recorded in the outgoing year.
