CHRISTMAS CEREBRATION: ALUMO MOPA/AMURO CHAIRMAN FATES CHRISTIANS.


 

As Christians globally commemorate yet another Christmas, adherents of Jesus Christ and citizens of Mopa/Amuro local government area have been admonished to foster peaceful co-existence, demonstrate undiminishing love, steadfatness, giving, perseverance and humility which symbolises the birth of Jesus Christ to dominate them during this festive period .

The Executive Chairmen of Mopa/Amuro local Government council, Honourable Sunday Moses Alumo gave the administration in his yuletide message made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the State Capital and congratulated the citizens for their resilience for overcoming the nadir of challenges of 2020 posed by the novel Covid-19 devastation which has brought the world to a stand still .

Sunday Moses explained that Christ came to the world to spread love, meekness, kindness, and above all sacrification which were attributes of Jesus Christ and urged His followers to emulate His attributes.

He assured that his administration will continue to operates an inclusive and result oriented leadership that would propel the area to socio-economic growth and development .
