Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi Reinstates Commitment Towards Ododo/Joel Governorship Bid

… Gears Up for the Unveiling of His Support Group, Babayemi Vanguard on Saturday

Kogi born ace financial manager and community developer, Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi who recently flaunted his decision to support fully the Candidates of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, for the forthcoming governorship election in Kogi State, has further revealed that he would not relent efforts in putting together intimidating and jaw dropping support for his Party.

Chief Babayemi then disclosed that all the t(s) has been crossed as regards preparations for the official unveiling of Babayemi Vanguard on Saturday 29th July, in Kabba. He also made it crystal clear that all machineries needed to penetrate the nooks and crannies within the region of interest are already in place; as he will ensure that Babayemi Vanguard hits the ground running, preaching the good gospel of Ododo/Oyibo.

Babayemi Vanguard is a support group founded by Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi to compliment the campaign efforts of the Party, by focusing on grassroots sensitization across Kogi West Senatorial District. The group is expected to carry out sensitization across major markets, schools, and other public places in Kogi West Senatorial District.

He also used the avenue to admonish electorates to prioritize the growth and development of Kogi State above personal sentiment, tribal bias, and religion classifications; as he pointed out that His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has already positioned Kogi State on the path of infrastructural development, educational reform, security, and other laudable developmental milestones. He went ahead to revealed that what is essential to get right as a developing state, is to get someone who will consolidate on these efforts, and not put to waste the achievements of what is crystal clear to be the best since the creation of the state.

With the establishment of a state university in Kabba, even as Kogi West recently became the only senatorial district with more than two universities (one federal owned, one state owned, and other private institutions), Chief Babayemi believed that Okun as a united tribe should begin to think outside ethnic bonds and be more concerned about the future of their children unborn, and rally support for Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and his Deputy to ensure the sustainability of the newly established university and to further attract the government’s attention towards the potentials embedded in the region.

Chief Babayemi ended by congratulating Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and his Deputy in advance, as he assured them of his group’s undiluted support as the state prepares for the November 11th governorship election.
