2023: “If you give me your support, you will not regret it”, Captain Timi Iyela tells Okene PDP leaders

Frontline aspirant for 2023 Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency seat, Captain Timi Iyela, on Tuesday visited leaders of Okene PDP to seek their support for his ambition to vie for the Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency seat, come 2023.

The 32-year old flight captain aspiring on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said; even though this is his first time of participating in politics, his ambition to represent Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly by 2023, is borne out of the need to bring development to Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency.

“My desire to represent our federal constituency comes from a place of concern. I know we can actualize our dreams as a constituency. I know we can change things for good in this country. I have decided to throw my hat into the ring to bring development to our dear constituency.

“Let us bring back dignity for our youths. I believe we can garner your support,” Captain Timi Iyela said.

“With your support we will go far as a constituency. I promise you if you give me your support, you will not regret it,” Captain Timi Iyela further added.

Chairman of Okene PDP chapter, Mallam Mohammed Adabara, in response, commended Captain Timi Iyela for taking the bold step of vying for the Office of Member representing Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency.

“These are the days we need young people to join the process of leadership. We are happy you have capable persons working with you. We pray for you that whatever is your heart desire, God will make it happen for you,” Okene PDP Chairman said.
