The Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals Resources, Engr Bashiru Gegu has added his voice by calling on Nigerian’s to adopt Gov. Yahaya Bello as the nation’s President.

Engr. Bashiru, called on other Governor’s in the country and stakeholders of North Central States to begin consultations and negotiations with politicians and opinion leaders in the country with a view to projecting Gov. Yahaya Bello as the next President from North Central Zone of the Country come 2023.

The Commissioner in a chat with Newsmen, described Gov. Yahaya Bello as the best bet for the country if it want to tackle the current insecurity situation and the problem of unity facing the nation.

Engr. Bashiru added that the Governor’s passion for building infrastructure, growing a robust economy stands him out, says if the country must take a quantum leap into the realm of developement, all eyes should made to adopt Gov. Bello in 2023.

According to the Commissioner, the North Central Zone of Nigeria has sacrificed and contributed immensely for the unity, peace and stability in the democratic governance of the country, said it should be allowed to produce the next President through Gov. Bello.

He described the North Central Zone as one blessed with individuals and personalities from every spheres of human endeavours needed to move the nation forward, described Gov. Bello’s cognate experience in modern day Leadership and ability to build Bridges across the country as what the country needs now.

While pointing out that the Governor has the capacity and experience to lead the country to greatness, said it is the turn of the North Central in 2023 said his emergence would help the country recover lost grounds in no distant time.

In his words, ” In the spirit of equity and justice, it will only be fair for political parties to give priority to the North Central Presidency in their zoning arrangement towards 2023 and Yahaya Bello has all it takes to lead the country.

“Gov. Bello has done well in the area of Security, infrastructural development, education, health, youth empowerment and agriculture and he is the first Governor in Nigeria to involve women fully in politics. His emergence as president will be a new dawn for the Youths, women and people of Nigeria”

He said the North Central and South East remain the only zones that have not been given opportunity to serve in that capacity, noting that the All Progressive Congress (APC) should give a consideration; because to whom much is giving, much is expected.”

He called on the Nigerians and members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to give Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello the total support needed so that he can become the next president of the country come 2023.

The Commissioner maintained that having considered all options and if the country must take its pride of place, the Gov. Yahaya Bello Presidency is a sinequanon, for the good of the nation and the generations yet unborn.
