Yuletide: NULGE Felicitates with People of the State, Calls for prayers.


 

The President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, Comr. Tade Adeyemi, has sent a message of Felicitations to Christians, particularly those in the Local Government Employment and People of the State on the occasion of Christmas.

The President in a statement equally rejoiced with the Security conscious Governor of the State, Gov. Yahaya Bello, for the enabling environment he has created for the State to be the most Peaceful State in the country.

NULGE in the statement called on citizens of the State to in this period of Celebration, be prayerful, described the season as one for sober reflection that calls for closeness to God.

While the President renewed his Commitment to working for the improved Welfare of members in the coming year, called on citizens to celebrate the Yuletide season with all sense of responsibility, and to support the efforts of Gov. Yahaya Bello in his efforts of making Kogi State safe and secure for the people and businesses in the State.

The Statement while wishing Gov. Bello a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, used the Medium to appreciate his prompt payment of salaries, asked for an improvement in the workers Welfare, called on the workers and People of the State to cooperate with the Government of Gov. Yahaya Bello in his unparalleled zeal and absolute commitment towards the security of Kogi state, where business and investment can thrive and be protected.

While wishing the workers, Gov. Yahaya Bello, the people of the State a Merry Christmas celebration and a prosperous Happy New Year, NULGE congràtulated the people of Kogi State for witnessing yet another Christmas Celebration, prayed God to grant the people long life and good health to witness many more Celebration in the land of the living.
