The All Progressives Congress APC Kogi local government has endorsed a front line Kogi West Senatorial aspirant Hon Steve Sunday Karimi for the senatorial seat of the zone. Speaking at a consultative parley with party leaders at Koton-Karfe on Friday, the Chairman of the APC in Kogi local government announced the endorsement of Hon Karimi’s on behalf of the party executives.
The party leaders commended Karimi’s honesty and humility despite his accomplishments as a politician and a technocrat. The party commended him for
refusing to speak ill of his
competitors, urging him to continue his good work as a leader.
Hon Karimi thanked the party leaders for their support and pledged to serve their interests at the Red Chamber. He urged them to continue to support the presidential aspiration of His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello saying that Nigerians need a vibrant leader like the Governor who would be able to put an end to the various challenges facing the country.
