Regardless of the result, Yahaya Bello stood out as the real hero of our democracy as evidenced in the final processes of the APC primaries.
Let me use this opportunity to say thank you for your outstanding representation. You fought a good fight and for us your a winner.
Without mincing words, you’ve become a beacon of hope for the youths and women across our country. Despite the passage of the not -too-young – to run bill, his political journey has brought this reality closer to our youth that we can dare and make a mark.
Kogi State today stands tall because of your vision, true sincerity, you have won supporters across the country. I make bold to say, I’m proud of your exploits.
Permit me to express my deepest appreciation to the Kogi State Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja and the Chief of Staff, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku, for standing at your back before, during and after the primary. This men are rare men and have proven that they can lone men standing when it matters most.
Let me use this medium to congratulate our party’s presidential flagbearer, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu on his decisive win. Together, we must quickly heal and build a united front for the interest of our great party the All Progressives Congress at the upcoming general elections.
Let me State that in picking the APC running mate. Gov. Bello, from North Central stands better place. A cursory look at the region in the ballot. Only the North Central that is left out. A running mate in Gov. Bello will serve the interest of the youth, women and people with disabilities.
Gov. Bello has proven that he is indeed a leader, visionary, thoroughbred, bold and a formidable trailblazer. He is now a household name as he set the pace in reshapening political space of Nigeria.
