The Senator Elect, Kogi West Senatorial District, Hon Sunday Karimi has congratulated the entire workers of the State on this year’s celebration of the 2023
Workers’ Day.
The Senator Elect made the commendation in a statement signed and made available to newsmen, particularly praised the Workers from Kogi West Senatorial District, described them as diligent workers.
Hon. Karimi commended the workers in the formal and informal sectors of the economy for their hard work, diligence and sacrifice, noting that their efforts is largely responsible for oiling the nation’s economy.
Karimi said he notes with emphasis that there is dignity in labour, called for more dedication and commitment to duty by the workers towards socio economic development of the State and country in general.
Hon. Karimi enjoined all the workers in the State workers to imbibe the culture of productivity, adding that productivity leads to satisfactory provision of goods and services and wealth creation.
The Senator Elect assured the he remains committed to making laws that would lead to improve in the living conditions of workers when he assumes representation.
Hon. Karimi charged the workers to continue to be dedicated to duty and loyal to the All Progressives Congress led government in Kogi State, just as he prayed God to grant them the opportunity of witness many years celebration in good health and prosperity.
