A political leader of repute in Edo, Engr. Gideon Ikhine has assured the leaders of the All Progressive Congress APC in the state of his maximum support to ensure the party takes over the State, come 2024.
Engineer Gideon Ikhine made this known to pressmen at the APC party Secretariat in Benin shortly after meeting with members of the State Exco yesterday.
Ikhine said, “My meeting with the exco was like a family affair. Most members here were formally in PDP. It is like home coming. It is like reuniting with my brothers. They received me with love and I see the sincerity in them.
According to Ikhine, “I’m here to meet with the state exco that have kept the party going and to appreciate their good work. To also let them know that we are ready to partner with them.
He said in the coming days the party will begin to look into some of the problems they are facing and know how best they can solve them.
