WAVE OF DEFECTORS BOOSTS APC IN GANAJA, AJAOKUTA LGA AS HUNDREDS OF SDP, PDP BIGWIGS JOIN RULING PARTY
Hundreds of politicians from the Social Democratic Party (SDP), PDP, and ADC have joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ganaja Community, Ajaokuta Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The defectors, welcomed by Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, Member Representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, pledged their loyalty and commitment to the party.
Abdulraheem hailed the move as a “renewed commitment to progress and development in Ajaokuta and Kogi State,” highlighting his achievements in education, health, and infrastructure.
The event also endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term, Ahmed Usman Ododo for governor, and Yahaya Bello for Kogi Central Senatorial seat.
The APC chairmanship candidate, Muhammad Haruna Ganaja, thanked Governor Ododo and Yahaya Bello for the party’s trust, assuring defectors of adequate support and integration.
The ceremony marked the beginning of a new chapter for the defectors and APC in Ganaja Community, who vowed to work towards APC’s victory in the upcoming elections.
