VOTE OF CONFIDENCE PASSED ON THE NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, INTER-PARTY ADVISORY COUNCIL (IPAC), ALHAJI YUSUF MAMMAN DANTALLE BY THE NORTH CENTRAL STAKEHOLDERS FORUM OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH CONGRESS AT THE GENERAL QUARTERLY MEETING HELD IN JOS PLATEAU STATE.


VOTE OF CONFIDENCE PASSED ON THE NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, INTER-PARTY ADVISORY COUNCIL (IPAC), ALHAJI YUSUF MAMMAN DANTALLE BY THE NORTH CENTRAL STAKEHOLDERS FORUM OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH CONGRESS AT THE GENERAL QUARTERLY MEETING HELD IN JOS PLATEAU STATE.
THE NORTH CENTRAL STAKEHOLDERS’ FORUM OF THE NIGERIAN YOUTH CONGRESS IN HER QUARTERLY MEETING HELD IN JOS PLATEAU STATE ON THE 26TH OF APRIL, 2025 ROSE WITH THE RESOLUTION TO PASS A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON THE NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, INTER-PARTY ADVISORY COUNCIL (IPAC), ALHAJI YUSUF MAMMAN DANTALLE COMES AS FOLLOWS;

 

1. The North-Central Stakeholders Forum of the Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), after a careful and comprehensive evaluation of the leadership performance of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), hereby passes a resounding Vote of Confidence on the National Chairman, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle.
2. Our decision is rooted in rigorous research, critical review, and a transparent assessment of IPAC’s contributions to national development under your visionary leadership.
3. Your tenure has brought unprecedented stability to Nigeria’s democratic space, particularly in moments of tension, transition, and post-election uncertainties. Your diplomacy and calm disposition have consistently restored confidence in multi-party dialogue and democratic resilience.
4. As a unifier and statesman, you have successfully coordinated the activities of over 18 registered political parties in Nigeria, fostering collaboration over confrontation, and mutual respect over political rivalry.
5. We have noted with admiration how you have consistently elevated IPAC from a consultative platform to a credible and influential national institution, representing all political parties with dignity, objectivity, and purpose.
6. Your leadership has entrenched a culture of transparency, accountability, and equity in the dealings of IPAC, making it a model for democratic institutions across the African continent.
7. Under your stewardship, IPAC has maintained a non-partisan but principled stance on key national issues, thereby serving as a vital check and balance in Nigeria’s electoral ecosystem.
8. Your commitment to free, fair, and credible elections is demonstrated not only in your engagements with INEC and stakeholders but also in the grassroots voter sensitization campaigns, dialogue forums, and inter-party consultations facilitated under your leadership.
9. We also acknowledge your role in peaceful conflict resolution among political stakeholders, which has prevented breakdowns of law and order in politically sensitive situations.
10. The strides recorded in strengthening IPAC’s internal structures, capacity building of political parties, and regular policy engagement forums reflect your vision of institutional growth and national stability.
11. Your openness to inclusive governance, especially the deliberate involvement of youths, women, and marginalized voices, is in line with our aspirations as the Nigerian Youth Congress.
