The Nigerian Youths for Tinubu (NYT) has said that good governance and prosperity is what awaits Nigerians in 2023 and beyond with Tinubu-Shettima All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential ticket.
The NYT affirmed this in a congratulatory message to former governor of Borno state, Senator Kashim Shettima, after his nomination as the running mate to APC Presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The group in a statement signed by it publicity secretary, Yusuf Amosu, in Abuja on Monday described the combination of the duo as the needed force capable of coasting the APC to victory at ease.
It is pertinent to note that both Tinubu and Shetimma are well equipped considering their antecedent as governors and legislators.
According to NYT, the performance of both Tinubu and Shettima as Governors of Lagos and Borno states, is a pointer to what should be expected when they assume office as President and Vice President to pilot the affairs of Nigeria.
“Just like the motto of NYT, GOOD GOVERNANCE and prosperity is what awaits Nigerians in 2023 and beyond with the emergence of Tinubu and Shettima. Democratic dividends is what we should expect,” reads the statement.
