Tinubu @3: Kogi Central APC Hopeful Obaro Hails “Master Builder” President, Lists Renewed Hope Milestones
A frontline Kogi Central Senatorial hopeful on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Momoh Y. Obaro, has joined millions of Nigerians to felicitate with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his third anniversary in office.
Obaro, who also serves as Secretary of the APC in the United Kingdom, UK, commended the President for what he described as “transformational leadership”, noting that the last 36 months have proven Nigeria is “finally under the care of a master builder”.
The development economist praised the administration’s focus on economic transformation, citing the ongoing Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road and the proposed Badagry-Sokoto Road as projects that will have lasting impact on national growth. He called on Nigerians to continue supporting and praying for the President.
“Through thick and thin, Mr. President has shown the political will to take the hard but right decisions to pull our economy back from the brink,” Obaro said.
He highlighted key milestones of the Renewed Hope Agenda:
1. Power to the Grassroots: Full financial autonomy for the 774 Local Governments, ensuring resources for community development bypass middlemen and get straight to the people.
2. Youth & Educational Empowerment: The historic Student Loan Scheme, NELFUND, opening doors of higher education to children of ordinary Nigerians.
3. Economic Relief for Small Businesses: Tax exemptions for businesses with under ₦100m turnover and protection for low-income earners.
4. Kogi Industrial Awakening: Progress on the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano, AKK, gas pipeline axis, positioning Kogi Central as a vital hub for enterprise and policy innovation.
