“The umbrella is big enough”, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim reacts to Ihiabe’s return to PDP

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim has on Thursday, reacted to the news of the return of a former Omala PDP stalwart, Hon. Sunday Ihiabe back to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

“I am very excited hearing of the news of the return of Hon. Sunday Ihiabe of Omala Local Government, back to PDP.

“If anything is sure, it is the fact that for we in PDP, the umbrella is big enough. The PDP umbrella is big enough to accommodate all interests provided the interests are for the prosperity of our people; the good people of Kogi State and Nigeria. Of course, the daily zeal of PDP as a party is to see to the prosperity of Kogites and Nigerians in general. As such, as a party, we share similar interest with the vast majority of the good people of Kogi State and Nigeria.

“One thing I am certain of is that, seeing how woeful the APC has led Kogi State and Nigeria thus far; more and more persons and personalities are on their way to PDP especially in Kogi State, as PDP has been able to position itself thus far, in a bid to present itself as the only alternative for Kogites and for Nigerians entirely, as the stage begins to get set for the 2023 polls.

“I congratulate Omala PDP, I congratulate all of us in Kogi PDP; and I welcome Hon. Sunday Ihiabe back to the PDP,” the former Kogi PDP guber aspirant said.
