Motivation and inspiration are killed when reward system is unjustly, selfishly centered and greedily cornered.
For some times, the reward system of APC to their most loyal members from local to the national level has been shrouded in selfish cycles and you watch as a loyal party person how the migrants ones in the party are been rewarded and given consideration than the deep rooted loyal,faithful and committed members.
In Kogi State for instance today, the narratives is changing and a lot of corrections are been carried out. Thanks to his His.Excel the executive governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello. Through this great man, a lot of people has of recent begin to gain and benefited from the fruits of the seed of loyalty planted years ago.
His.Excel and our incoming President by the grace of Allah delights daily in leaving something in people. A man who doesn’t discourage talents but rather develop and nurture them by giving them responsibility needed.
When a leader is not devoted to the advancement of the interest of the people around him by fixing them up, it means he doubt their loyalty and he will definitely begin to exhibits the attributes of a ruler by feeding on them.
I want to really show and extend my deepest appreciaton for the repositioning of our great party,APC in the State by recognizing those who has been sideline, blocked but continue labouring and standing against all odds for the party and the government in the State with recent fresh appointments.
