THE PROMOTION OF SOCIETY: EVERYONE’S CALL OF DUTY

The society is a common habitat for us all. It is the call of duty for every being to seek for the advancement of same. What we make of it is the responsibility of every one.

Hence, we all have a common call, not being even one beyond the ordinary, but simply, a generalized one,to seek for the promotion, wellbeing and the good of same. This is a veritable truth !
The state and condition of society, is our own making, rather than those in the ethereal and unseen realms.

The quality, the rationality, the ability of mankind to employ common- place common sense, and the unrolling of same, or the spewing of these, into the umbrella and omnibus society, goes a long way in making the society a better place for all, to live in and enjoy maximally!

I want to posit, without any shadow of doubt, weirdness, nor eccentricity, that the prevalence or presence of a particular religious faith or the other, and even the absence of it,does not hinder the promotion of society.

The simplistic adherence to naturally configured rules, common sense, and and sanity will develop and promote society.

In the Arabian peninsula, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc, prevalently Muslims, are turning their nations into paradise, fast. Remember Dubai!

The Chinese, largely of Confusianism, the Israelis of Judaism, Western Europe and the Americas,of Christianity, have made their respective societies, homely places for their citizens. In the African Societies, we are wanting to see requisite development.

Succinctly put, the problems cannot be religious or faith-based, but rather character- based, and attitudinally correlated ! It is not a matter of Christianity, or of Islam, or of Animism (i.e traditional faiths)!

This is to correct growingly held, and insidious notions of some of my beloved African folks, that foreign religions are our bane! No! I urge, such to embark on some little research, and they would come to the conclusion, that no society, anywhere in the world, is without religion, not even China!
