Eid-Al-Fitr is the most important festival for Muslims all over the globe.This day marks the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. The last Twenty-nine/thirty days have been consecrated to the Almighty Allah; and I heartily rejoice with the good people of Kogi State who have made such great sacrifices in worship of Allah.
I urge all Muslims to continue in the acts of piety that were exhibited in the holy month. The acts of giving,showing kindness to one another, of shunning all forms of lawlessness. May Allah make it easy for us all to continue living lives worthy of His calling and to continue in prayers for our dear State even as the gubernatorial elections draw near.
I further urge the good people of Kogi State to embrace peace and to throw our support behind our amiable governor,Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and the Candidate of choice of the All Progressive Congress,Alhaji Usman Ododo. Let us all ensure that Kogi succeeds and thrives in all ramification. No matter where we are or what we are doing,Allah is always with us to help and guide us in every important step of our lives.
