Surv. Zacchaeus Jonathan Emerges Unopposed as NDC Kogi West Senatorial Candidate, Promises Better Education, Health, Roads
Surveyor Zacchaeus Jonathan has been declared the Kogi West Senatorial District candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) following the party’s senatorial district congress held in the zone.
Surv. Zacchaeus was declared unopposed during the congress, clearing the path for him to fly the NDC flag in the next senatorial election for Kogi West.
In his acceptance speech, the Kogi West Senatorial District candidate described his emergence as “divine” and said he had finally gotten the platform to bring smiles to the faces of the people of Kogi West.
He assured delegates and party supporters of quality representation at the National Assembly, with priority focus on three key areas: improving education, strengthening health care delivery, and upgrading road infrastructure across the senatorial district.
Surv. Zacchaeus also described the NDC as “a party for all Nigerians” and urged Kogites to embrace the party as the vehicle for good governance and people-oriented leadership.
